The Testing Center of Shandong Xingquan Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Testing Center") is affiliated with the parent organization, Shandong Xingquan Technology Co., Ltd. It currently employs 14 staff members, including 3 senior engineers, 3 engineers, and 9 testing technicians. The center is equipped with over 40 advanced industry-standard testing instruments and devices. Its testing services primarily cover the physical properties and chemical composition of metal materials, as well as the inspection and testing of various elastic components and accessories such as leaf springs, valve springs, suspension springs, and stabilizer bars.
The testing center is responsible for general dimensional inspection, physicochemical analysis, performance testing, and other functions.
1. Dimensional inspection: Equipped with common measuring tools such as micrometers, vernier calipers, and height gauges, as well as specialized tools like go/no-go gauges and stabilizer bar inspection molds
Using measuring tools, it is possible to perform basic dimensional inspections on various elastic components and accessories such as leaf springs, valve springs, suspension springs, and stabilizer bars.
2. Physical and Chemical Analysis Testing: Equipped with Brinell hardness tester, Rockwell hardness tester, micro Vickers hardness tester, metallographic microscope, carbon-sulfur analyzer, spectrophotometer, and direct reading spectrometer, it enables analysis and testing of metal material chemical composition, metallographic structure, decarburization layer, hardness, and other items.
3. Performance Testing: Equipped with advanced domestic testing devices such as tensile-compression testing machines, fatigue testing machines, salt spray test chambers, and stress analyzers, we can conduct tests on the stiffness, permanent deformation, load-bearing capacity, relaxation, fatigue life, stress, and other parameters of various elastic components and accessories, including leaf springs, valve springs, suspension springs, and stabilizer bars.
